TEAM OF THE MONTH 

Ballinamallard U-14s

    -          Wrapped up Mid Ulster Under 14 League.

    -          Moved into quarter final of NI Boys Cup after defeating St Oliver Plunkett, Belfast, 5-0.

    -          Nominated for Fermanagh Herald Sports Team on the Year.

    -          9 of the team in Northern Ireland Schoolboy Development Squad.

MERIT AWARD

Clinton Ewing and Neil Catterson – Carrick Rangers FDC

-          Provided continual support within all aspects of the FDC.

-          Taken on role of Mini Soccer Director and Treasurer.

-          Also gained – Child Protection, First Aid, Mini Soccer, JTMA and B licence coaching.

-          Helps administrate Mini Soccer every Saturday.

-          Been vital in obtaining sponsorship within the community, driving the programme forward       within the Borough.

-          Through own initiative, contacted the IFA Special Needs Officer and completed a six week        coaching block within a special needs school.

-          Two people who enjoy coaching and give their all.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Marty Maybin - Inver Colts - Larne FDC

-          Scored his 50th goal of the season on Saturday 14th February.

-          Excellent all round player with a gift for scoring.

-          Good attitude.

-          Nice lad.

-          Plays for Inver Colts Under 11 Team.
